Pentos Partners provides the U.S. agent-petitioner for O-1 and P-1 talent. Bring the person you already want to hire, or post an open role for free. Your company signs a commercial engagement — not an I-129.
Four steps. Three of them look like ordinary hiring.
Company details, the role, and — if you have one — the candidate. It takes about four minutes.
We confirm the engagement can be structured under an agent petition and tell you exactly what your company provides — usually a short engagement letter or deal memo.
Your contract is for the person's services. Pentos is the petitioner of record and carries the petitioner obligations.
The candidate's attorney — or one we coordinate with — prepares and files the petition. Your engagement becomes part of the itinerary.
Talent marketplaces help candidates get seen. Pentos is built for the employer who has already decided — and needs the petition side handled.
It is almost never the candidate. It is the paperwork you would have to take on to keep them.
The agent is the petitioner. Your company is not.
Project, fractional or full-time — the agent structure supports one employer or several.
If the engagement ends, it ends under its commercial terms. No immigration obligation is left on your side.
Your client is ready for an O-1 or P-1 but has no U.S. employer able to sign. Pentos serves as the agent-petitioner. Your firm stays counsel of record and keeps all of the legal work.
If your procurement, HR or legal-ops team needs Pentos set up in Ariba, Coupa, Workday or your own supplier portal before you can engage us, send the request below. We complete your onboarding and supply the vendor documents your team asks for — W-9, certificate of insurance and capability statement — as part of that onboarding.
Flat and stated up front. The fee can be paid by the employer or by the talent. Government filing fees and attorney fees are separate.
Larger employers can run hiring through their own branded Pentos portal: candidates check themselves against the role, sign up under your company's name, and request interest letters for specific jobs — all in one place.
Tell us who you are and what you need. A Pentos partner reviews every intake.
No. Pentos is the petitioner of record and carries the petitioner obligations. You enter a commercial agreement for the person's services.
Yes — that is the Petitioner Service, $2,500 per petition and then $50 a month once the petition is approved. We coordinate with the candidate's attorney, or with counsel we work with if they do not have one.
Either one. Tell us on the intake who will pay and we will set up the engagement that way.
No. Posting a role is free. The Petitioner Service fee applies only when you decide to hire someone.
No. Your firm keeps the legal work and its own fee arrangement with the client. Pentos is paid only for the petitioner service, at the same price as coming to us direct.
No. Pentos Partners is not a law firm and nothing on this site is legal advice. Petitions are prepared and filed by licensed attorneys, and you are free to use your own.
We do not publish approval rates or predict outcomes. USCIS decides each petition on its record. What we control is whether the structure and documents are in place before anything is filed.
Yes. The agent structure is designed for that — your engagement is one part of the itinerary.
It ends under its commercial terms. Because you were never the petitioner, no immigration obligation is left on your side.
